1. Course Enrollment

Once a course is purchased, cancellation requests must be raised within 48 hours of enrollment.
Refund requests after course access or content consumption may not be approved.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only if:
The request is made within the allowed time frame.
Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
No certificate has been issued.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

live batches, discounted offers, and promotional courses are non-refundable.
Failure to attend classes or complete the course does not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

5. Course Cancellation by CoreXtech Skills

In rare cases, if a course is canceled by us, learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
